WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

By placing an order with Spectral Vapour you agree to the below Warranty and Return Policy conditions.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the item doesn't meet the customers expectations. Each product has different warranty periods or may not have any warranty at all. Products that are faulty must be posted back to the manufacturer so remember to take note of the serial number and keep the package that the product came in. 

  • The warranty period starts once the product has been posted to the purchaser.
  • This warranty does not cover misuse, deliberate/accidental damage or damages caused by wear and tear.
  • This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused by improper use of water or other liquids.
  • This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repairs.
  • This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping.
  • This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended usage conditions.
We strongly recommend that the customer does their due diligent research on how to operate and troubleshoot the product they have purchased if an issue arises. There are many forums, vape groups, tips and videos online regarding specific vape gear, common faults/errors, troubleshooting tips, good practises and more. It is important to make sure everything possible has been done to troubleshoot the issue before sending it back to us. If the item is not in full working condition, the customer is required to contact Spectral Vapour and notify the function defects. Faulty items are sent back to the manufacturer and an outcome will be reached once they distinguish whether the fault is due to materials used or assembly of the product, or by wear and tear by the customer. Under Australian consumer law, in the event of a warranty issue the customer is responsible for the return postage of the product to us. The faulty product needs to be in its original packaging. If the warranty issue is valid and in no way caused by fault of the consumer, we will gladly replace the device and reimburse postage. However, if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. 

CONSUMABLES
If any of these products are DOA, contact us within 24 hours of your delivery. There is no standard warranty on any of these products. Atomizers, coils, wire, cotton, cases, empty plastic bottles, syringes and any other items considered consumable. 

E-LIQUID
E-Liquid found on this site contains food grade ingredients, so we do not allow returns at this time. While we hope enjoy our them as much as we do, please keep in mind that taste is always subjective.

LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Spectral Vapour does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the parcel has been handed in to Australia Post. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, we will do our best to help you but it is the purchasers responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office.
